The search for Miss BC 2010 has now begun! We are especially targeting people in your area! One of whom WILL become the next Miss Northern BC, and one of whom may become the next Miss BC! The Miss BC pageant is a program for women to learn new skills while developing their self-esteem. From workshops on Self-Defense to Health and Fitness, the contestants will also go through public speaking training and are encouraged to hold a charity fundraiser in their community.

Last year's Miss BC pageant raised over $19,000 for the Cops for Cancer charity!

Miss BC 2009 Sandra Gin was approached to become the local spokesperson for the international Beard Papa chain of pastry stores! Posters of Miss BC Sandra Gin are now all over the Lower Mainland as part of the Beard Papa campaign!

Another project that Miss BC and the contestants from this past summer's competition decided to work together on was a 2010 calendar. It includes photos of Miss BC, the regional title winners, and other contestants who just wanted to help with this amazing cause! All proceeds from the sale of the calendar went to Cops For Cancer.
