Northern Health is pleased to announce that the first baby born in 2010 in Prince Rupert is a girl!

Skylar was born at Prince Rupert Regional Hospital on January 4th at 0502hrs (5:02 AM) to mom, Payton Kelly, and dad Daryle Stevens, of Prince Rupert. Skylar weighed in at eight pounds, nine ounces.
