At 7 PM in the Board room at 100 - 1st Avenue East, the Skeena Queen Charlotte Regional District will convene for their monthly board meeting.

Among other items on the agenda, are three separate funding requests for tourism promotion. One from the Haida Gwaii Tourism Association for a mobile display that will represent all seven communities on Haida Gwaii/Queen Charlottes.

The second proposal is from the Tiell Sustainability Institute for a promotional DVD and the third is from the "Friends of the Queen Charlotte Visitor Centre" for the production of a glossy brochere.

Also on the agenda is correspondence regarding the re-naming of the portion of highway 33 that runs from Skidigate landing through to the Cemetary, Ocean View Drive.
