Enbridge Pipeline would be a great project for Nothern B.C.
Jobs are desperately needed in the North- Tanker traffic to Prince Rupert would be safer than the present tanker traffic to and from Vancouver as is presently operating. Southern BC (Vancouver) is jealous of any development in the North.

Based on my experience, having spent much time on the water in both the South and North coasts, I have to disagree that the northern route is safer. The real experts in this issue are commercial fisherman (not me) who have fished both North and South. It's the weather and sea conditions that are vastly different.
