“IT’S FRIDAY NIGHT EVERY NIGHT”

To help Prince Rupert prepare for the busy holiday season, a “Shopper’s Special” will offer extra BC Transit service in December.

The City of Prince Rupert, in partnership with BC Transit, will operate routes 51, 52, 53 and 54 on a Friday evening schedule on the following evenings: December 17, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23. During the day, regular schedules will be in effect.

This holiday season, BC Transit will operate on the following schedule:

· Dec 24, Regular service

· Dec 25–26, No service

· Dec 27–30, Regular service

· Dec 31, Regular service, Free evening service 6:45 p.m. until 3:30 a.m.

· Jan 1, No service

· Jan 2, Regular service resumes
