The following are the City of Prince Rupert Pavement Projects for 2011, as approved by City Council in the 2011 City Budget:

Summit Avenue from Omineca Avenue to Sloan Avenue;

7th Avenue East from Immanuel Street to
Seal Cove Road; and,

11th Avenue East from Prince Rupert Blvd. to Alexandra Place.

Some of these projects are currently underway. The cost of these projects is approximately $280,000.00.

The new road at the Cemetery has also been paved from funding approved by the Falcone Estate. Also, part of the 400 Block of 8th Avenue East and Jeffery Street were paved after sewer line project work was recently completed in those areas.
