The results are in from the Mothers day weekend archery competition and community gathering at Rosswood. The Community Centre grounds and the surrounding area were the focus of two days of intense interaction. Many rounds of the competition were held on Saturday and Sunday with about 120 participants competing. Age groupings varied from the very young to the old and retired, male and female. The targets in most cases were 3 - D animals. The weather was ideal (some sun, no rain and just a few mosquitoes) for the shoot and loads of campers. Dinner Saturday night was a brilliant pig roast and the entire affair had a band to provide entertainment. Bet you wish you were there! Check out the website for future events. www.twjarchers.co.za
