This morning at approximately 7:30 AM, the fire department was dispatched to 120 - 7th avenue east from reports of a house fire . The fire had been extinguished immediately.

The two men that had occupied the home were saved thanks to an unkown woman who had kicked on the door until they woke up. When I drove up to the house, I saw the two men coming out, coughing and trying to catch their breath.

The woman drove away. She was seen getting into a black SUV without saying a word to the fire department, police or anyone. Seems Prince Rupert has an anonymous hero.
