Why are the Employees in the Coast Hotel in Prince Rupert B.C. allowed to participate in their contests they have, and win the prizes themselves?

that is not fair at all! cuz if there was a staff contest the guests cant be appart of it bull ish oh well thay will do as thay want not like we can stop them :D
