NEWS RELEASE · 18th April 2007
Prince George
UPDATED
Northern Health’s Board has changed its next regular meeting due to the need to hold interviews with candidates to replace departing chief executive officer Malcolm Maxwell.

NH will regretfully postpone its next regular public meeting in Vanderhoof, which had been set for Wednesday May 16 2007. Board members will hold a condensed meeting in Prince George, spending the bulk of their time interviewing CEO candidates.

Northern Health remains committed to holding open meetings and public presentation sessions across Northern British Columbia. The Board intends to meet in Vanderhoof this year, and will work to reschedule the meeting for November. Public meetings continue to be scheduled for Prince Rupert in July and Fort St. John in September.

The NH Communications Department will provide further information about open meetings and public presentation sessions to regional stakeholders and media. This information will also be available on the www.northernhealth.ca website.
