June 2nd, 2010 at approximately 1:30 p.m., Prince Rupert RCMP was called to an assault in Kitkatla, British Columbia. A 50-year-old male and a 45-year-old male were assaulted with a knife by a 25 -year-old female. The female was arrested on two counts of assault with a weapon. The accused was on probation when the assaults occurred and on conditions not to possess any weapons. The accused will appear in court on June 3rd, 2010.

One of the victims was injured in the right thigh and had to be transported by air to the Prince Rupert Regional Hospital. The other victim sustained injuries to his right forearm and face. Both victims received stitches and were released from the hospital.
