UPDATED MAY 12, 2010

Garth Andrew Jordan Lee was arrested on May 6th, 2010 for Arson Endangering Life, Mischief Endangering Life and Arson in relation to the fire that occurred at 111 7th Street in Prince Rupert, BC on April 30th, 2010 at approximately 2:20 am.

Lee appeared in court on May 11th, 2010 and was released on a ten thousand dollar surety.

Lee was also placed on conditions to report to a bail supervisor, not to possess or consume alcohol or drugs, not to be found in a liquor establishment, and must abide by a 9:00 pm to 6:00 am curfew and not to be in the downtown area of Prince Rupert.

LEE will appear before the court again on May 17th, 2010.
